Dr. Viswanathan had earlier worked as Deputy Head (Climate Change and Development) at the Embassy of Switzerland in India. Before that he had worked as the Senior Adviser of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Joint / Additional Commissioner at the Ministry of Agriculture Govt of India, and Principal Director of Defence Research and Development Organisation. He is a veterinarian by training with Masters in Veterinary Sciences and MBA. Dr. Viswanathan was awarded with the VISHIST SEVA MEDAL by the President of India in 1985 for the service to Defence of the highest order.
Dr. Ray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Considerable part of her professional association spanning over 35 years has been for the social sector holding very senior level positions for various organizations as well as an independent consultant. She began her professional career at Hindustan Lever Limited Bombay in the year 1970 and since then she has been holding official positions in social organizations viz., MD – Mahila Super Bazaar- Andhra Pradesh; Director – Outreach, Karnataka, Trustee – Samakhya etc., During the past 35 years she has been engaged as Consultant (Independent and Associate) for various national and international organizations.
An ex-banker, Rajkamal is a microfinance veteran. He has previously worked with Central Bank of India, Sa-Dhan India Microfinance, and Micro Insurance Academy. He has consulted for international NGOS, national government, bilateral and multilateral agencies in India, Afghanistan and Thailand.
Manab is an experienced development professional with experience in over 30 countries as an UN civil servant, consultant to international agencies, and national governments. He is promoter and chief executive officer of Mimo Finance. Initially, his career focused on poverty eradication and natural resource management activities primarily in Asia and Africa. Manab is currently focusing on unleashing economic potential of the billion people at the bottom of the pyramid and devising strategies and tools for newer institutional frameworks that are needed to address development problems. He has postgraduate degrees in rural development from ISS, Holland; environmental economics, University College London, London; and MBA from Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
Murali is currently the CEO of SMILE Microfinance Limited, Chennai, a NBFC-MFI with Rs. 5000 million gross loan portfolio. His entrepreneurial successes include Bibo, a bottled water company in Hyderabad. He has more than 15 years experience in IT startups, micro-health insurance, affordable housing, drinking water and sanitation. He has postgraduate degree in political science from Loyola College, Chennai.
Tanay is a rural development expert. Since last 25 years he has been working with Santhal tribals strengthening Women SHG federations, and improving livelihood prospects. His hands-on experience in capacity development of indigenous tribal social structures and entitlement realization to ensure household food security has earned him numerous recognitions. He holds postgraduate degrees in rural management and law.
Ram Babu is a retired officer of Indian Airforce. He has previously worked for several NGOs offering health insurance services to people at the bottom of the pyramid. In 2017, he founded EXCEL Modular Systems LLP, a Hyderabad based company offering a wide range of cost effective and quality solutions for the Office, Educational Institutional and Industrial applications. Over the last 7 years, the company has grown enormously and today has a number of reference installations in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to its credit.
Srinivas is the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation Professorial Research Chair - Water Conflicts and Governance, at Centre for Policy Research, Delhi. His research and policy interests are primarily in the water sector, focusing on transboundary water conflict/cooperation and governance. Before his PhD and moving to academia, Srinivas has worked as a professional, engaging with wide- ranging topics: urban and regional planning, and local governance in India; disaster response and reconstruction; and indigenous knowledge systems for natural resource management. Srinivas has a PhD from the University of Washington, Seattle, and an MA from the University of Miami, USA in political geography; an earlier Masters in Urban Environmental Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad; and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Kakatiya University, Warangal.
Surendra is retired lecturer in Hindi. He has written many books about the Jaunpur region of Uttarakhand. Some of his earlier works are collection on folklores of Jaunpur. His works such as Yamuna Ghati ke Lok Geet and Jaunpur ki Lok Gathayein are considered classics on Pahari culture.

Dr. Das is a Senior Manager at Noida Deaf Society. She has previously worked for The Hunger Project and Room to Read. She has a Ph. D in Sociology from Jamia Millia University, Delhi.
Dr. Mukerji is an Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for Excellence in Sustainable Development, IIM Kashipur. She completed her doctoral study from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). Her thesis was published as a book titled ICTs and Development: A Study of Telecentres in Rural India by Palgrave Macmillan, UK, 2013. Her expertise lies in doing interdisciplinary research in the area of technology, organizations and society with current focus on applications of data analytics for development policy and planning
Lydia is the Coordinator for Partnerships and Capacity Development at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, Zurich in 30 programme countries. She has 11 years working experience in development cooperation; specialization in rural development, natural resource management and organisational development. She earned her MBA from the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW, Bern.

An individual has complete control on his/her identity and how much to share of it. He has over twenty years of leadership experience in taking software products and services global. Peter is an adjunct Faculty at the Department of Interpreting and Translation, University of Bolognia, Italy. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wolverhampton, UK 2017 and MSc from University College London, London. His Ph.D. thesis was Digital Ethnographic Pedagogy: Method as Third Space. He worked as a volunteer at PnP in 2006 and as a Capital Development Officer for Mimoza Enterprise Finance Private Limited, Dehradun.
Mustak is a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from IRMA –1995 and a B.Sc in Agriculture science. Khan has a total experience of 30 years in handling agribusiness and livelihoods in urban and rural priority sector development. He has special skills lie in value chain management for sustainable farming system.
Dr. Rajeswar Jonnalagadda’s thrust areas are “mainstreaming Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) into public policy” and “establishing linkages between Low-Emission Development and Inclusive Growth”. He has about 20 years of experience working and has worked as Director (Training & Research) of the Center for Climate Change and Disaster Management at Dr.MCR Human Resource Development Institute, Hyderabad, India. He did his Post-Doctoral research at Center for Ecological Sciences of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. He pursued his M.Sc. and M.Phil. in Life Sciences from the University of Hyderabad and Ph.D. in Life Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India.
